This workshop is perfect for beginners—no worries if you’re new to pasta making; we’ll guide you every step of the way! Here’s how our pasta-making workshop works, step by step: 1. Welcome with Coffee and Tea: We’ll start with a warm welcome, introducing you to the world of Southern Italian pasta. Learn about traditions, pasta shapes, and the stories behind them. 2. Making the Dough: Next, we dive into crafting fresh pasta dough from scratch. 3. Italian-Style Aperitivo: While the dough rests, enjoy an Italian aperitivo with freshly baked bread and drinks (with wine & non-alcoholic options available). During this time, we’ll share insights into the culture and history of Southern Italy. 4. Making the Sauce: You’ll learn how to make a delicious sauce to pair with your pasta, mastering the secrets and techniques that make Italian sauces unique. 5. Shaping the Pasta: After the dough has rested, you’ll learn how to craft perfect gnocchi & cavatelli shapes, mastering techniques that will elevate your pasta-making skills. 6. Cooking and Dinner Together: Finally, we cook the pasta and enjoy a delightful meal together to celebrate your delicious creations! Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 6 days before the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. • Cancellation 6 Days in Advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 6 days before the scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund. • Late Cancellations: If we do not receive your cancellation notice at least 6 days in advance, we will retain 50% of the quoted fee to cover the costs of your reservation. Rebooking Option: If you are unable to attend the workshop and notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may rebook your spot for a future workshop at no additional cost. This allows you flexibility in choosing a new date that better fits your schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
