Hello pasta lovers! Antonella and Alessandra are Italian pasta explorers, and they will teach you how to make fresh, plant-based tagliatelle and farfalle. Are you a beginner? No worries, we will guide you step-by-step! We will start with the basics and, by the end of the workshop, you will know how to: • Make the dough • Craft perfect tagliatelle and farfalle shapes • Enjoy an aperitivo with freshly baked bread and drinks (alcohol-free options available) • Make delicious sauces like a real Italian grandma • Taste your pasta and raise a glass to celebrate! What is included? All the materials for pasta making are included. You will have access to drinks such as water, coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, and wine. The aperitivo will be served with fresh bread and drinks. You will also bring home some pasta to share with your loved ones. Let’s make pasta together! 🔥

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 6 days before the workshop to receive a full reimbursement. • Cancellation 6 Days in Advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 6 days before the scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund. • Late Cancellations: If we do not receive your cancellation notice at least 6 days in advance, we will retain 50% of the quoted fee to cover the costs of your reservation. Rebooking Option: If you are unable to attend the workshop and notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may rebook your spot for a future workshop at no additional cost. This allows you flexibility in choosing a new date that better fits your schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
